Lately I got into cooking recipes of different kinds of foods. Two days ago I bake myself a pizza. Yesterday I made fried rice. I wanted to doing something big. So today I made beer can chicken, beer gravy, and beer battered onion rings.
At first, I wasn't too fond of the idea of beer because I don't like beer in general (I hate the taste of beer). But I got over it and cooked all 3 meals (using only one 24oz beer). And lucky for me, there is hardly any beer taste. In fact, I really love the beer can chicken. It's simple and easy to cook. So if there is a party around serving beer, I sure be bring the chicken, onions, chicken broth along.
